Common questions

Restoring a subscription. Open the paywall in DoughLab and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.

Cancelling a subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DoughLab. Apple handles all billing.

Social posts. The Social feed runs on Apple iCloud. You need to be signed in to iCloud to post, like, or comment. To report a post or block a user, tap the ••• menu on that post.

Deleting your data. Pizza logs, scores, and your profile are stored on your device; deleting the app removes them. To remove content you posted to Social, email us from the address above.
